When you book a service with us, we immediately dedicate resources to your move, making them unavailable to other clients. The payment you make secures these resources and covers the administrative and planning costs incurred from the moment of booking. This policy allows us to maintain a high standard of service and readiness for all our valued customers.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. While we do not offer refunds, we strive to be as flexible as possible with rescheduling your move.
A "No Refund" policy does not mean your satisfaction is unimportant. On the contrary, it is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service provided, please contact us immediately.
This policy is applied fairly and consistently. The only exception to our No Refund policy is in the extremely unlikely event that Chhavi Cargo Movers is unable to perform the service on the agreed-upon date and a mutually agreeable rescheduled date cannot be found. In such a circumstance, a full refund of any deposit or payment made will be issued promptly.
