Our Refund Policy: A Commitment to Service

At Chhavi Cargo Movers, our focus is on delivering a high-quality, reliable moving service. Due to the nature of our business, which involves significant upfront logistical planning, resource allocation (trucks and professional staff), and scheduling, **we operate under a strict No Refund policy.**

When you book a service with us, we immediately dedicate resources to your move, making them unavailable to other clients. The payment you make secures these resources and covers the administrative and planning costs incurred from the moment of booking. This policy allows us to maintain a high standard of service and readiness for all our valued customers.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. While we do not offer refunds, we strive to be as flexible as possible with rescheduling your move.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to change your moving date, please contact us at least **72 hours (3 days)** prior to your scheduled move. We will happily work with you to find a new date and time that fits your schedule, subject to our availability. Your original payment will be applied to the new service date.
  • Cancellations with Notice: If you cancel your move more than 72 hours in advance, we may offer a service credit for a future move, valid for up to 12 months. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Late Cancellations: For cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice, any payment or deposit made will be forfeited to cover the costs of the reserved team and vehicle that could have been assigned to another customer.

Our Service Satisfaction Guarantee

A "No Refund" policy does not mean your satisfaction is unimportant. On the contrary, it is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service provided, please contact us immediately.

  • Addressing Concerns: We are committed to making things right. If there are any service failures on our part, we will investigate the issue thoroughly and propose a fair resolution.
  • Damage Claims: Our services are backed by a clear policy for handling any accidental damage. Please refer to your service agreement for the specific terms and procedures for filing a damage claim. We are committed to a fair and prompt resolution of all valid claims.

Policy Exceptions

This policy is applied fairly and consistently. The only exception to our No Refund policy is in the extremely unlikely event that Chhavi Cargo Movers is unable to perform the service on the agreed-upon date and a mutually agreeable rescheduled date cannot be found. In such a circumstance, a full refund of any deposit or payment made will be issued promptly.
